About Me

My name is Aaron Tapley. I am a graduate of Alcorn Central High School, Base Camp Coding Academy and soon, Northwest Mississippi Community College. I enjoy being creative and solving problems, which is what led me to start my software development journey. In my spare time I like listening to music, playing video games, watching anime, or making whatever crosses my mind.

My Projects

Egg Sorceress

This was my first project using godot with the Game Club. I implemented ranged combat, enemies that follow you, and a quest/dialogue system.

Skeen Engineering

This was my final project at Base Camp where I used the skills I learned during my time at Base Camp as the lead front end developer.

Classic Tic-Tac-Toe recreated within Python.

A schedule planner built using Javascript & React.

A music sharing website built using Django. Students data is stored in models that is displayed depending on which student's name is clicked.

Nerd Corner

A store full of Anime / Game merchandise that utilizes the Stripe payment system. You are able to browse the store without logging in, however if you want to sell your own items you will have to make your own account.
